How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of the order being received if it is by mistake and has not yet been shipped by sending a request to tellme@dvcomm.in or calling our customer care no.: at +91-9599487834. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

What is your return policy?

We do not entertain the return as all the products are standard ones and the description with datasheet is attached to the product so we encourage the customer that if they have any double related to the functionality or specification of the product, they can connect with us on: tellme@dvcomm.in or call us at +91-9599487834 before placing the order so that the support team will help to clarify the doubts before purchase.

Claiming for the return due to: Colour, Size, Specification, and Warranty will not be entertained.

What items can I return?

We don’t have any return policy, only those products received by you in damaged condition will be eligible for replacement. Kindly note that to validate the damage condition you need to follow the below-mentioned norm:

We always request and encourage the customer to create a video whenever they received the material before unwrapping the packet to keep your case strong to claim for the damage. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please send us the video on our official id: tellme@dvcomm.in or reach out to us at +91-9599487834 and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Please ensure that the packaging of the received product is intact with you for return/replacement. 

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.

- The packaging should have the original tags in place. 

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. 

Can I get my to-be-returned-product to get picked up from a different address from the existing delivery address?

No, the pickup address needs to be the same as where the material is delivered by our courier partner.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

Generally, we offer the same item in replacement subject to availability. Else you can get the option from us to select any product with an equivalent amount. Also, you have the option to keep the money safe in our e-wallet for any future buying.
